Our passion, vision, and intention also go into our renovation design process. Renovating, or remaking something altogether, requires the same attention to detail and careful consideration as building from the ground up.
Custom Residential Design + Drafting
Our multi-stage process captures our client’s needs and desires, whilst revealing which project details can be scrapped. We take pride in the fact that the drawings we produce are often described as “impressive” and “extremely detailed”. With a focus on clarity, accuracy, and a goal to create something unique and special for each project, you can expect documents including specifics and supplemental material unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.
Renovation Design + Drafting
Our process when working in Renovations is nearly identical to Residential Design. The great thing about working in Renovations is that we already have “bones” to work with, which provide a starting point for a great design. Working within the constraints given allows us to flex our creative muscles and find ways to adapt existing spaces to our client’s needs, whilst using and incorporating the latest and greatest technology, materials, and design styles.
