CASE STUDY
Starting with just a blank piece of land, the client had tasked Graphiq to design two single-family bungalows ranging from 1000-1200 sqft, as well as plan out the entire 14-acre property to include the beach side residences, short-stay rental cabins and a restaurant with a recreation area.
From floor plans, elevations & sketches, to interior & exterior finish selections and inspirations, the conceptual design package provided to the client had everything needed to showcase the design to the developer and potential home buyers.
