Stefan Sagmeister
Stefan Sagmeister is a multidisciplinary designer based in New York City. Predominantly a graphic designer, Stefan has created a number of album covers for famous musical artists, books that have become staples in the design world and branding and marketing for various companies. In 2016 he created a film called “ The Happy Film” which follows Stefan along a journey to search for happiness. He has a really fantastic way of looking at the world and I suggest watching is film and taking in some of his other work.
How To Think Like An Architect: Barry Berkus
Santa Barbara Architect Barry Berkus explains his thought process in the very raw beginning stages of a design. He illustrates this process through a series of quick preliminary drawings and diagrams, along with detailed explanations that goes into creating an architectural form or plan. Inspired through nature, organic forms or client needs, Barry demonstrates how the most simplest drawing can eventually be brought to life.

Arthur Erickson
Arthur Charles Erickson was a Canadian architect and urban planner (June 14, 1924 - May 20, 2009) . He is renowned for designing some of the most recognizable buildings and sites in Canada such as Roy Thompson Hall, Robson Square, the Museum of Glass and the Simon Fraser University Campus.
After Erickson stumbles upon an article about Frank Lloyd Wright, he changed his career path from a diplomatic service representative towards architecture. After graduating in 1950, he was granted a travel scholarship and travelled in the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Japan. Travelling allowed him to deepen his exploration of climate and style in their relationship.
